This image of Michelle Obama and Samantha Cameron was in the Guardian today. Of course there's great interest in the two "first ladies" different approaches to style. The new look Cameron Kitchen. But I am interested in the DVD collection. Looks like our Prime Minister is a 24 fan. Was wondering about sending him a copy of our book on the subject. Now it has turned out that the Downing Street renovations came to 680 000 pounds, (to be fair only £30 000 went on the Cameron's flat) and that…

I was optimistic about this Nicolas Cage film after watching the trailer. Its been a while since he's been in a good film - actually to be honest I can't remember a film he has done well in. So a 9 year old was narrator, an 8 year old was chief prop agent and a…

Here's my pick of the best kids movies on DVD in 2008. I am thinking of primary school aged children. There's a similar list for 2007 and i have just made a 2009 list. 1. Wall-e Irresistably good movie - even my two year old loves it - Wall-e was one of her first words! OK so there's not a lot of dialogue for the first 40 minutes of the movie. But Pixar have a great way of helping you connect with inanimate objects. There are some great ideas in…
