Home for Good launch

After months of planning, praying and preparing the “Home for Good” fostering and adoption campaign will go live on March 7th. We are holding a special launch event in St Mary’s Bryanston Square, London kicking off at 1.30pm. We will be outlining plans for how we go about changing the church’s culture to better encourage and support fostering and adoption and particularly understanding the role that the whole church has to play. The event will include input from Dianne Louise Jordan, Ashley John Baptiste, Alan Donaldson, Rob Parsons and a whole host of others. There are a limited number of places available – if you know someone that should be invited to this or if you would like to be put on the waiting list can you leave me a comment below.

We will also be launching our new book on how the whole church can get involved in caring for vulnerable children at the same time:

Here’s a little video that may help you to understand what we are planning to do… we are making a new child centred video this weekend so please pray for that.

  1. Ruth Martin says:

Hi Krish, I would love to come to this; I work as a recruitment social worker for a small local authority, for adoption and fostering.

  2. Simon Cooper says:

I shared about your vision about adoption and fostering, last Sunday, and several people asked me questions after that I don’t know the answers to: about how they had heard people of faith are asked by social services to commit to certain policies that might cause them difficulties. That is a powerful video, the one above, and a powerful challenge at the conclusion!
Are there still spaces tomorrow for the launch of the book, no problem if there aren’t, was just wondering.
